Delete your account and data

To delete your Hood account and all associated data, email us at thehoodapp.in@gmail.com from your registered contact, including the phone number you signed up with, and request account deletion. We will delete your account and all associated personal data (your phone number, name, saved addresses, and order history) within 30 days of your request. Some records may be retained only where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax/accounting), for the minimum period required.
