About Hood
Hood is a discovery and ordering platform. We connect customers with local stores. Stores are independent businesses responsible for their own product listings, pricing, order fulfillment, delivery, customer support, and product quality. Hood is not the seller and does not guarantee delivery times, which are set by each store.
Accounts
You register using your phone number and are responsible for activity under your account.
Orders
Orders are placed with and fulfilled by the store you select. Any issues with an order, delivery, or product quality are the responsibility of that store, though we will help facilitate resolution where we can.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Limitation
Hood provides the platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of independent stores or for delivery outcomes.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
