You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data from any Hood app (Hood, Storefront by Hood, Store OS by Hood).
How to request deletion
To request account and data deletion, email us at thehoodapp.in@gmail.com from the email or with the phone number associated with your account, with the subject "Delete My Account".
What we delete
Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and associated personal data (such as your name, contact details, saved addresses, and profile) within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (such as transaction records required by law), which will be retained only as long as legally necessary and then deleted.
